The Free Consultation
This initial meeting is a chance for us to get acquainted before diving into therapy sessions. I’ll share insights into my therapeutic approach, discuss confidentiality, and discuss my counselling contract. While this isn’t a therapy session, it’s an opportunity for you to briefly share your reasons for seeking therapy and what you hope to achieve.
This consultation is for up to 30 minutes. Please share only what you feel comfortable to, and what is safe to disclose, in 10-15 minutes.
